At Cherries Musical, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure every instrument and accessory reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds work.
I. Eligibility for Return/Replacements - You can raise a return/replacement if
- You received an incorrect product.
- The item arrived damaged, defective, tampered with, or not functioning properly.
- To help us resolve your concern quickly, please share clear photos or videos of the received product and its packaging
- Based on your preference, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund.
- If the product you purchased is not available for replacement, we will refund the full product cost to your original payment method as the only alternative.
- Some item(s) is/are missing from your order.
- Return or replacement requests must be mailed to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- A valid proof of purchase (like your order ID or product invoice) must be attached to your return. This helps us affirm your order.
- Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange for the pickup within 7–10 working days.
II. Non-Refundable Items - Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including
- Opened or used instruments, strings, reeds, mouthpieces, or accessories (for hygiene and quality reasons).
- Custom-made or special-order instruments.
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Gift cards or vouchers (cannot be redeemed for cash).
- Returns due to personal preference (e.g., sound quality, size, or appearance dislike).
- Products without proof of purchase.
III. Refund Process :
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, our team will notify you of your refund or replacement status.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
- For replacements, standard shipping timelines will apply.
lV. Shipping Cost :
Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they cover the transportation cost of your original delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
